- A monthly emailer is now being sent out to existing customers who have opted in to this facility, detailing the latest special offers, which has been well received by most. If you do not want to receive it, then just hit the link at the foot of the mailer, and your email address will be removed.
- We thought that you would appreciate the opportunity to add your personal review to products that you have tried, so the image pop-up on the Shopping Page has been adapted to provide this facility.
- Currency options have now been added to the main catalogue page in order to present products in Pounds Sterling, US Dollars, or Euros to help our overseas customers.
- Good news for some of our European customers: we have now managed to negotiate lower carriage charges for deliveries to Holland, Belgium, Germany, Sweden and Denmark.
- We have now also removed the minimum order level for overseas customers.
New in the last 6 months
- At the top of the main catalogue page, we have added a Product Index which behaves like a search facility which it replaces, and will find all references to the selected item. If you use this facility, don't forget to add your selected item to cart from these pages before you return to the main Catalogue Page. The old listed items are still available below the main Product Index from which you can select as many items as you wish before going to the Check-Out, as before.
- In response to a number of people who have asked about a Log-In page, we have introduced one for you, which will tell you why you don't want one in fact, but will also guide you into how to make the best use of the reactivity of our site, and what cookies are all about.
- Again, in response to customer demand, we have now added a section on Pet Vitamins as well as a Forum Page on the Pet Vitamins site pages, available from the green panel on the Home Page, where you may ask questions of our retained Professional Vets, John and Shelagh Daft, who will provide answers within 24 hrs normally.
- A few people have been missing the option selection point for your free product having spent over the £25.00 limit, so we have now highlighted this in red on the page on which you add your personal details in order to make it more visible.
